Congratulations on your engagement! Please choose your preferred ceremony location and chapel.
Once you have decided on your preferred wedding date and venue, our overseas wedding specialists will immediately arrange the booking. A deposit is required to secure your schedule.
Upon successful booking, a 50% deposit of the total wedding package fee is required within 7 days.
Schedule a Bridal Gown Fitting
Once your departure dates are set, you can begin selecting your preferred airlines and hotels. If guests or family members are traveling with you, our overseas wedding specialists can also provide customized travel itineraries and price quotes.
3 to 4 Months Before
Hair & Makeup — Beauty is every bride's delight! If you have specific references or ideas for your hair and makeup, please share your favorite inspiration photos with our wedding specialists in advance.
Accessories — If you require any additional accessories, please remember to bring your own.

2 to 3 Months Before
For couples planning a legal wedding in Japan, please obtain your Certificate of Bachelorhood / Single Status 2 to 3 months before your trip.
Once your Certificate of Single Status is issued, simply submit all required legal registration documents to us. (Please note that certain chapels may require advance submission of documents.)
45 Days Before
Please settle the remaining balance of your wedding package 60 to 90 days prior to departure.
15 to 30 Days Before
Time for your final fitting!

1 to 2 Days Before
Remember to double-check and pack all your wedding items, travel gear, and essential travel documents. Most importantly, don't forget to pick up your rented wedding dress and tuxedo!
After the Wedding
Return rented wedding dress and tuxedo
You will receive the photo download link approximately 45 days after the wedding. If you choose to add a photo album, you can select your favorite photos for production.
